Hannah offers consultation grounded in extensive clinical experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and couples across a wide range of mental health concerns. In her work with youth, she specializes in anxiety, low mood, self-harm, disordered eating, grief, trauma, neurodivergence, twice-exceptionality, and LGBTQ+ identity, drawing primarily from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and play therapy to build emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and resilience.
With adults, she addresses concerns such as anxiety, depression, relational challenges, trauma, and gender-based violence, using a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and humanistic approach informed by ACT, Internal Family Systems, and Emotion Focused Therapy, and she also works with couples from an Emotion Focused lens. Hannah holds a BA (Hons) in Applied Psychology from Bishop’s University, an MSc in Family Relations and Human Development from University of Guelph, and an MA in Counselling Psychology from University of Ottawa, where she defended her thesis on children’s mental health and parenting, and she remains actively engaged in ongoing professional development and research dissemination.
